Q: How many times can I use my membership card?
A: As many times as you would like. Your DinePal card is honored most days except major and traditional holidays (Valentines day, Mothers day Cinco de Mayo etc...) Please always check the restaurants REWARDS DETAILS page for all availability days prior to using or simply call them ahead. |

A: Yes, every three months Members Rewards can change, so it is important to check the member rewards of the restaurant you wish to visit prior to dining to avoid misunderstandings.

Q: Where can I find the details of a restaurants offer?
A: Simply go to Restaurant List , choose a restaurant from the Rewards Menu and click on the Rewards Details link for that restaurant. There you can view the complete details of your member reward, the restaurants contact information and hours of operation. You can even print the Reward Detail page for reference. |

Q: How much does a membership card cost?
A: The cost of a one year membership is only $29.95. This entitles you to full year of savings at the best participating restaurants in your city and beyond. |

Q: What is my responsibilty on gratuity (tipping)?
A: Standard gratuity is 15 to 20% of the total bill prior to your member discount for good service. Remember servers depend on tips as part of their wages so please don't forget them!

A: Only one reward and one membership card can be used per table, per party, per order, per visit. All DinePal member rewards are off regular menu prices and cannot be used on house specials or combined with any other coupons or promotions.
